Frances Oldham QC was called to the Bar in 1977 and became a QC in 1994. She is the former Head of Chambers at 36 Bedford Row, a Deputy High Court Judge in the Family Division, a Crown Court Recorder, a Master of the Bench at Gray’s Inn and was Leader of the Midland Circuit 2002 to 2005.
